Scottish Shortbread IV
We absolutely LOVE this recipe. Before you eat, you may want to grab a glass of cold water. These are delicious, but are very dry. (not a problem) You can shape them using cookie cutters which we found worked VERY well. It is very simple to make… you will probably have the ingredients sitting in your kitchen already! Especially if you like to cook often. Note: I am a child writing this review, and as everyone knows, children love sweets. Well, most children. But my mom loved it too.
We made these for Christmas and therefore changed the recipe to 12 servings because we won't be serving 24 people. CharlotteChef, (ME) recommends www.allrecipes.com - and says to make it a habit to come here for all of your food directions.
