Johnny Marzetti Casserole
I did make some changes using the ground beef & Italian sausage, celery, adding grated carrots & dried onion in the sauce made with a can of whole tomatoes, crushed tomatoes & tomato sauce, oregano & dried Italian seasoning, teaspoon of sugar and teaspoon of parmesan cheese. When sauce cooled I mixed in about 10 ounces of sour cream into the sauce. Layered as directed only using Italian cheese and parmesan (no cheddar). Cover baking dish with plastic wrap and let set in refrigerator overnight. Let the casserole start to come to room temperature before baking.

Roasted Zucchini Casserole
Others said this was too dry; before placing the penne pasta in a casserole/baking dish spray with non-stick spray. Place a little bit of a good marinara sauce (Bertolli brand with burgandy wine flavor) in the bottom of the dish, add the penne pasta & marinara sauce, toss lightly to coat the penne. Then top the coated pasta with any remaining marinara sauce. -- Meanwhile, roast the zucchini & onion slices (one onion). -- Top pasta with zucchini & onion mixture, then a good parmesan cheese. --- I lastly sliced lengthwise 3-4 roma tomatoes to place on top, salt & pepper and/or Mrs. Dash garlic seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap; set in refrigerator overnight. Before baking bring casserole to room temperature, bake. Serves 8+ with a good Italian salad.

Ground Beef Mexican Style
I like this meat mixture cooked with taco seasoning. When serving, place meat on top of noodles on plate like the first picture shows. And as one reviewer said, top with a little bit of Doritos, 'taco flavor Doritos' if you can find them. If you have fresh cilantro, sprinkle it on top. Cilantro makes everything better.
