I read the suggestions and varied the recipe. I started with 1 and 1/2 c. graham crackers, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter and a dash of cinnamon for the crust. I deleted the milk and flour from the recipe to make it creamier. I baked it at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 mins. and turned off the oven and let it set for 2 hours. I added a pan of water on the rack below. It did not crack but it was browned on the top and sides. I was hoping for a white cheesecake. Mine didn't turn out like other bakers said theirs came out. It was delicious but certainly could not be mistaken for a store bought cake.
