Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2014
Delicious. I always use turkey so did as well with this one(not trying to alter recipe). Added 1 green pepper to mixture. Also added strips of bacon after topping with sauce. We really enjoyed. The sauce was not too sweet and it was the perfect amount. Did have to cook 1 1/2hrs but possibly because of the bacon. Very moist.

Potato Squash Cakes

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2014
I used a griddle and cooked 350 for 10 mins then flipped and cooked 8. I added rosemary, thyme and 2 tablespoon parmesean cheese. 4 year old ate 2 and they were made large. I only got 13 out of a double recipe.

Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
I made this yesterday and brought it to a family event. It is just OK. There needs to be at least double corned beef and at least half the swiss cheese. My family thought it was swiss dip...not reuben. They couldn't taste the meat. Oil was floating everywhere. I most likely won't try it again.

Slow Cooker Ham and Beans

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2014
Its so delicious and easy. My family loved it. I only put 1/3 cup brown sugar due to other reviews. It was delicious but I will try 1/2 cup and follow the recipe next time because 1/3 wasn't even detected.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
Amazing! I used all whole wheat flour just because its all I had. Also GREEK YOGURT instead of sour cream again because it was what I had. It taste so good and this is easy to do cupcakes. I cooked them for 35 mins at 300.

Amazing! We added 2 teaspoons of cocoa like another person suggested and it tastes so good. We just were in a chocolate eating mood :) Can't wait to make the original recipe. This was so easy and perfectly sweet.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2013
Awesome. Made with flounder instead and omitted butter. I baked in oven at 375 for 30 mins. My 3 yr old thought it was chicken and my husband who hates fish ate 4 pieces. "4" AMAZING

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2013
Delicious!!! I wanted chunks for sweet potatoes so I left the yams/sweet potatoes whole drained right out of the can (2 39 oz cans)and I only used 1/4 cup melted butter and used 1/2 cup white sugar. Omitted the milk but still follow recipe for vanilla extract. I followed the crumb topping as directed. People where asking for the recipe. It was so good.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
The flavor is wonderful, but the texture is gross. Blobs of wet bread (with only 3 cups broth). I have had it in the oven at 350 to fix it for 40 mins. Looks like it will need to go another 30 mins. Our family Thanksgiving is in 1 hour. I gave it a 4 because if you read the reviews/directions I probably put too much broth. Anyway, next year we will have a regular oven recipe. Especially since we went to the oven anyway. (P.S. the eggs need to be omitted)

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2013
This was wonderful! A little too spicy for my 3 year old but others loved it. I did use 2 tablespoons of ketchup instead of paste and A1 steak sauce instead of worcestershire just because I didn't have others. Also only had 1 lb of turkey. I will make this again.

Stuffed Jalapenos III

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2013
Followed recipe exactly except cook time. I did 400 degrees 20 mins and then broiled it 5 mins trying to get the bacon crispy. The taste is great. BE SURE to wrap the bacon carefully around the jalapenos. I got in a hurry in the end and those the filling blew out the cracks. These are going to a potluck in about a hour. I hope they are a hit.

Amazing Muffin Cups

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
I just made these for a work pot luck. I used bacon because I don't like sausage. I doubled the recipe and added 4 more eggs. I also cooked it for 18 minutes after the eggs were added. This is great! They came out of the pan easily and are a perfect portion for each person. It seemed like too much cheese before it was cooked, but perfect after cooked.

Kale Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
My 3 year old that doesn't like veggies much loved these. I cooked these with a preheated oven for 40 mins and I think a few could have gone longer. I gave it 4 stars because Im not quite sure how to cook these still. Some are still soggy and some are really crispy.

Martina Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2013
Followed the recipe just as instructed. These cookies taste great and are incredibly easy to make. It made about 65 cookies(plus whatever my 3 year old ate as I was placing the balls of dough on the sheet). We added dried cranberries because they had been in the pantry for a while and 1/2 cup m&m's that were left from Easter. They seem like they would taste great with crushed nuts too.

Vegetable Dill Dip

I made this recipe again :) It is great. I didn't have the Beau Monde like many others. I used 1/4 tablespoon celery salt and 1/4 tablespoon seasoning salt and it tastes wonderful. THANKS for the recipe.
