Coconut Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
Made these this morning. Used more than double the coconut and a lot more milk.....not sure exactly how much but added per instructions and mixed but had to keep adding more until it was a batter consistency. Muffins were light and fluffy but the coconut taste was very faint even with the addition I put in.

Country Pasta with Mozzarella

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Made this today. At first I drained the grease but once I cooked the broccoli I added a little back in. I liked the flavors of the dish but I was expecting the cheese to be more like a sauce instead of melted cheese.

Marinated Flank Steak

Reviewed: May 6, 2006
This was very nice! The only thing I did different was crush the garlic and marinated it for 4.5 hours. My 3 year old loved it and it is hard to get her to eat dinner these days!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
I really enjoyed this. I made if for Christmas and my guests said it was ok, I had alot leftover for myself! I made this again for NYE and I got the same reviews. I kept it in a split crock pot, on the other side was the Buffalo Chicken Dip from this site and that had no leftovers. I would make this again for myself - my friends didn't rave about it too much.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
AMAZING! I made this for a NYE party and it was a hit! I only used 1/3 cup of hot sauce because it was the extra hot kind. Gave it a great zing! I didn't use all of the cheese either. I will be definately making this for other get togethers, but I think I will try with blue cheese next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Fruit Dip I

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
I love this recipe. I started making it a few years ago to bring to a 4th of July party. It is great with strawberries! Yumm! Now I am officially known as "Fruit Dip" by the kids who ate this all up and they always request I bring it to the party.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
I love this recipe! I was glad to find it because I was getting sick of mashed and baked potatoes. The flavor was great and it made the kitchen smell amazing. I added a little garlic powder to the spices and used Kosher salt. Even my picky daughter gobbled them all up. Definately a keeper.

Marinated Cheese

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
This was very good. I didn't have white vinegar on hand so I used Rice Vinegar and it tasted better than I expected. I kept nibbling on this while preparing for the party.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
Yummy! I never had warm rice pudding before, but tried this anyway. It was great! Once I put it in the fridge it kinda became hard, not very creamy. I guess next time I will add a little more liquid if I want to eat it cold, but warm was definately a nice surprise.

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
This was so delicious! It made a ton of filling. I used 4 inch tortillas because that is what I had on hand. As far as it being salty, when I first mixed it up, I thought it was salty but after it sat in the fridge overnight and I tried it again, it was wonderful. Definately not as salty as when I first put it together.

Banana Cream Pie III

Reviewed: May 10, 2004
I made this for Mother's Day and everyone loved it. I couldn't find the banana pudding as a few suggested so I ended up getting little, single serving premade graham cracker crusts and filled them only with the vanilla. I made only 1/2 of the receipe just so I could fill the 6 crusts I had. Everyone loved them. My very picky brother asked that I definately make this again. Thanks for the awesome, super quick and easy receipe.
