Chocolate Mudslide Frozen Pie

Parmesan Fondue

Great recipe! I made a few modifications. I doubled the sauce and cooked in pot however only used 2 tsp ginger and 3 Tbsp cornstarch. I also used regular vinegar and no MSG. I didn't coat the chicken but pan fried in canola oil. Everyone loved it!

Corn Dogs

Great recipe! We all enjoyed it along with some homemade onion rings also on this site! I did have some trouble having the batter stay on, but I hadn't looked at previous reviews to see how to handle that and I'm sure I'll get it to work next time. :)

Chicken Garlic Pizza

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Super recipe! My kids and husband don't like beans so much, so I left it out. I used 1 can of Rotel for the stewed tomatoes. I didn't realize until it was too late that I needed another can. I used 2-1/2 cups of chicken broth in exchange for the broth and water. I also used 1 tsp cumin instead of oregano. Delish!

Mini Cheesecakes

This was gobbled up! I made a graham crust for them instead of the wafers with 9 graham crackers, 1 T. sugar, and 2 T. butter. I put 1 T. in each cup and pressed down. I used a spoonful of blueberry jam on top of each and then a dab of whipped cream.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Scrumptious! I also used blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and boiled 3 chicken breasts instead of canned meat. I mixed everything on the stove except the Cheddar and then put in a pan with the cheese on top and baked for 20 minutes. I took this to a CHRISTmas party and it was gobbled up!

Easy Decadent Truffles

These came out wonderfully! only used 2 cups of powdered sugar. I also added in 1/2 cup cream. In half of it, I used raspberry extract and ended up tripling it to get it the right taste. I rolled them in cocoa. The other half I put in 2 tsp of instant coffee and rolled in some mocha mix. I believe we have a winner!

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

Got rave reviews!! I made a chocolate crust on the bottom. I put both some mini chocolate chips and chopped pb cups in mix. I also heated up some peanut butter to top and then some more chopped pb cups.

Cheese Bread

Wonderful bread! I made my own French bread. Then I took 2 T butter with 3 cloves garlic minced and cooked some in pan. I smeared this on the bread and then smeared on Miracle Whip instead of Mayo. I did the same amount of cheddar and mozerella and then sprinkled on Parmesan. :)
