Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh

A very flavorful and healthy meal that's ridculously easy to put together. Next time will cut up the sweet potatoes a little smaller so they cook at the same rate as the remaining ingredients.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

So much more delicious than expected. After my 10 yr old ate all the shrimp for lunch the next day I added a can of tuna to the remaining pasta which turned out to be a delicious lunch for myself!

Slow-Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken

Five stars for flavor, ease and versatility. My teenager ate as a burrito stuffed wtih rice; my 10 yr old ate with rice (not mixed) on a plate; and my husband and I ate over lettuce wtih a dollop of sour cream. Loved it even more the next day.

Baked Oatmeal II

Loved the idea and loved the flavor. Can't wait to make again but will lower the salt and sugar amounts. Will also try substituting the cinnamon with pumpkins spice and vanilla with maple extract.

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

I would give this 10 stars if I could! The dressing is absolutely amazing and please do not substitute the walnut oil -it is worth every penny. I will only be making this salad from now on.

Very Easy Fruit Salad

Discovered it goes great over cottage cheese because I needed something to do with all the leftovers I had from a gathering of 20 adults and 20 children. The pie filling was way overpowering and made all the fresh fruit taste fake. Looked pretty in the bowl but was awfully slimmy when spooning it out.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I've tried many chicken recipes and have cooked chicken every way possible and this recipe is by far our #1 favorite. Husband and boys (ages 10 & 6) love it. Followed recipe exactly. Must be grilled.
