Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These were very good!!! They are easy to make and the recipe makes so many. I did not make any changes to the recipe and it turned out perfect. These are best right out of the oven. I took them out of the muffin tin while they were still hot (with the peanut butter cup in, of course) and cooled them on a rack, which worked fine.

David's Yellow Cake
This cake was yummy and super moist. We made it for my dad's birthday and we over cooked it a little, but it was unnoticeable and the cake still stayed delicious. Instead of going through all the trouble of doing 8 egg yolks, I put in 4 whole eggs, and instead of the 2 cups cake flour, I did 2 cups regular, all-purpose flour, following another review here. I don't think it makes a difference. We made my grandma's old recipes for fudge frosting: YUM!!! I was looking for a real cake, not a boxed cake, since I HATE boxed cake mixes, and this recipe beats boxed cake any day! My dad started eating it the second he got home and so we took pictures of him with his half-eaten cake. Wish I could make it into cupcakes. I'll try that next time...

Mint Buttercream Frosting With Dark Chocolate Glaze
This was very good frosting, but I about halved the amount of mint in the frosting and added one forth teaspoon of vanilla extract to up the sweetness. I didn't really measure my milk, just put it in until the consistency was were I wanted it. I also added green food coloring to get it a light green. On top of a chocolate cake/cupcake this tastes soo good! Kind of like Andes chocolate mints. Just tweak it a little and build off of it.
