Good easy recipe. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs. It was a hit with the family. I used less bbq sauce (honey).

Egg Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2005
Very moist cookie. I did as others suggested and mixed the sugars. I also used pumpkin pie spices instead of cinnamon. The kids loved them frosted with sprinkles and in pumpkin shapes. Will keep the recipe.

My husband definetly enjoyed this recipe. It is a great use of ground beef. I was thinking of trying it with turkey next time. The sauce is so flavorful it would defenitly help the bland turkey.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2004
I will definetly make this again. I did make a a change per some other review. The 2 Tbsp of Ketchup really dressed up the flavor. I also used skinless boneless chicken thighs. Per my husbands request I will add mushrooms and omit the carrots next time.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2004
The mixture inside was great. I did reduce the amount of mayo in half, a 1/2 tsp less on the dill, yellow pepper, and no salt or almond. The cresent rolls did not thrill me. It was too doughy. I did buy the Reduced fat version. Next time I will use pizza dough instead.

Creamy Veggie Fondue

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2004
I agree that the cream cheese was a bit grainy. And I did as another person had suggested and hold off on the milk until the wine and cheese had come together. I was a little apprehesive about the spinach (1/4 cup isn't alot) and onion, but it really made the fondue.

I definetly wasn't excited about this recipe. I gave it a 4 because everyone ate them. They came out to bland for my taste. I even added garlic salt and hot sauce.
