This is incredible! You could even use this as a stir fry sauce. I HIGHLY recommend adding water chestnuts, carrots, and snap peas if you like them. The nuts on the top is not needed in my opinion and if you choose to add chicken it is great but also not needed. This is a high protein dish because of the p-butter. Also, if you want to make this fresh get the all natural p-butter without hydrogenated oils- then it's diet friendly. In fact, I ate it after a workout. To anyone who doesnt like this recipe...you must not like what is listed to put in it because its everything you could want if you like the ingredients. I used left over angelhair pasta that didnt get used from speg. night. Easy and quick. If you like spicy adding the sauce is a must. However the sauce is great without it. My boyfriend put sriacha on the side and would add it in. He is a big spicy fan but really liked the sauce as is but decided he loved it spicy too. EXCELLENT dish.
