Cheesy Creamed Spinach
This was very good. I made it with dinner last night, and my boyfriend and I both really liked it. I used frozen spinach and squeezed the water from it before cooking it and following the rest of the recipe. It was very cheesy, but I wasn't sure how much provolone to use since I had gotten mine from the deli.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
I love this recipe, although I confess to tweaking it a bit. I do follow it, but add more Worcestershire sauce and a cup of rice. I also use diced tomatoes and add about a quarter to half a cup of ketchup. Sometimes I add some Sriracha for heat as well. This turns out so well though. I love it!

Creole Cornbread Stuffing
This was the best stuffing I've ever had. It had a good amount of spice and so much flavor. It didn't come out dry at all for me. I actually thought it was going to be too mushy at first from all the liquid I used, but it wasn't. It was a perfect texture, even reheated. My boyfriend and I both agreed that it would be so easy to just never stop eating it. Awesome!
