Excellent! I made this for a bridal shower (the bride-to-be loves bananas) and it was a hit with all the guests. However, I had challenges with the topping ... is the gelatin mixture supposed to be cool, cold or set? I used it cold (not set) and mixed it into my whipped topping ... which then became very soft, almost liquid. I stuck this in the freezer to chill it again and after some time, was able to spread it on the cheesecake. It tasted fine, looked fine ... but I am still confused if there is a better way to make the final topping. However, anyone who loves bananas and cheesecake will enjoy this dessert!

I am a fan of duck in general but I used this recipe for Christmas dinner this year and was quite pleased. It turned out fabulous. Both my husband and myself plus my 4 guests especially enjoyed the stuffing. I served this duck with a goose too so that we would have enough meat for 6 adults. Simple but tasty!

I made this goose for Christmas dinner (plus a duck) to serve 6 adults. While the goose turned out tasty and terrific, the stuffing was a bit greasy. However, I had extra stuffing that I could not fit into the cavity and I had put this into a casserole dish and heated it prior to dinner. This is a better option as it is not so greasy and you can still present it with the meal. Simple recipe but tasty!

I made this punch for Christmas. It is pretty but most important -- has a festive taste. I made it without tequila and those who wanted to mix in something stronger could do so on their own. I also threw in some fresh cranberries with the lime slices for presentation. Simple but has a nice presentation.
