Bread Machine Challah II
My family loves this recipe. Some folks have mentioned that the dough is sticky...I only noticed this to be the case once when I ran out of bread flour and substituted all purpose flour. This challah is absolutely perfect and bakes up beautifully. This is the best bread I have ever baked! It is very easy to braid and rises fluffy and high. Just make sure you are using bread flour as the recipe specifies.

BBQ Dry Rub
This is a great rub recipe. After reading reviews I added 1 Tablespoon onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, plus 1 teaspoon chili powder. It is perfect and I just had to make another batch!

Easy Masoor Daal
This was AMAZING. I followed the recipe exactly and the stuff was delicious. I had it that night over basmati rice and took it for lunch the next day with a baked potato! Would like to try it with fresh onions sometime to see if it is even better.
