Pineapple Angel Food Cake I
I had heard about this on the Weight Watchers boards and finally decided to give it a try. It is even better than I expected. This is fat-free, people! Woohoo! It has great flavor and texture, and I think it is plenty sweet on its own. So, since I also really like the slightly crispy/chewy top & edges of angel food cake, I do not plan to add any whipped topping ... you just don't need it, IMHO. Oh, and I made it exactly as directed, spraying a 9x13 pan and baking exactly 30 minutes at 350. I did *not* invert the pan, though ... turned out perfectly. It literally took 2 minutes to prepare; is now my go-to last minute dessert to bring places.

Bacon Appetizer Crescents
I've been making these for years, and everyone loves them. I often use 1/3 less fat cream cheese and reduced fat crescents to lighten them up a bit. I gave up pork several years ago and now substitute 'Bacon Bacon' from Tastefully Simple in place of the bacon (and skip the onion). They would also be good and healthier with turkey bacon.

Fluffy French Toast
Very good! I scaled it down for 4 pieces which worked out great. I think it could use a little bit more cinnamon, but that could also be because I've been using the same bottle of cinnamon out of my cabinet for a couple years now. This will be my go-to recipe whenever I'm craving french toast going forward.
