Sweet Potato Casserole II
this is the dish to win over non-sweet potato lovers! i used canned yams (2 40ozcans) and changed the 1 cup white sugar to 1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup brown sugar and it turned out great. i ran out of sticks of butter so i used margerine for the butter for the top mixture. it turned out more of a paste than crumbly but i just spread it on and it turned out fantastic! like a glaze. wonderful dish!
