I had a hard time with this recipe! I tried it for the first time when some relatives came for dinner. I know that I shouldn't have done that but because of the countless raving reviews I thought that nothing could go wrong (also I am an experienced cook). The chicken turned out very sour and very pale (it didn’t look appetising at all). So I had to try many things to improve it. I added soy sauce, loads of sugar to less the tangy taste and I added fresh dairy cream. In the end it turned ok. I served with sour cream and chives, cooked basmati and green salat. Sorry but I won’t be making this recipe again.
