Banana Cake X

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
Oh are in for a real treat when you try this easy recipe! Like many others, I was looking for a recipe to use my over-ripe bananas. (I dislike throwing them out-makes me feel guilty!!!) I usually keep a couple of cake box mixes in the cellar as staples. The recipe was quick and easy and bakes fast. We ate it warm with cream cheese frosting and vanilla ice cream. This is a real winner! Thanks so much for sharing! =)

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2009
If you are wondering whether to try this recipe I have to tell you that it is a MUST! I had some blueberries that were just beginning to get soft and a bag of apples in the cellar. I used about 2+ cups of apples and 4 cups of blueberries and also cut back on the butter to 1 cup as other reviewers suggested. Also, didn't have rolled oats on hand so used 5 packages of instant oatmeal(in various flavors!!!) In a word....Yummy!!! This is definitely one of the best berry crisp recipes around. Can't wait to try it using other fruits. Many thanks Polly! =)

Party Punch I

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2006
This was a FANTASTIC recipe for party punch. I made it for our family Christmas Eve party and everyone really enjoyed it. I received many compliments and many recipe requests too. I didn't have sorbet and instead used black raspberry ice cream. It came out nice and creamy. Thank you so much Denyse!!! This is a real keeper!!!

Absolutely Delicious!!! The best Irish Soda Bread recipe by far! Nice and moist and makes a nice, high loaf. I added raisins and caraway seeds and a tsp. of vanilla. My family loved it- a definite keeper!!! Thank you Karin!
