Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
I followed the recipe except I used Meunster cheese (that is what was in the house) and I used Turkey Ham (as I don't eat pork) and it was delicious. Took someone's suggestion to put a pat of butter on each roll when baking. My Husband said he could eat this every night! Thank you!

i took the quick cook advice of another reviewer, 5 minutes in the microwave and then 20 in the oven. Perfect. My husband said he would eat it again tomorrow night... and he has never been a squash fan!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2006
very easy, moist and delicious. I used them in a meatball sub and it was a real hit. The only thing I changed was that I added a few other spices, garlic and herb powder, parmesan cheese, oregano and a little worcestershire sauce. Will definitely make these again to add to many recipes.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
Husband tested and highly approved! I took some suggestions from other reviews, upped the garlic to 1 tbsp, added garlic powder to the bread crumb mixture and put the leftover olive oil and breadcrumbs over the top. Popped in oven for 30 minutes and wow, great, simple, easy dinner. I served with sweet potato and a salad. Great weekday meal the whole family loved.

Pumpkin Oatmeal

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
I had great hopes for this recipe, but I thought it was super bland, I couldn't finish it. I might not have put enough sugar in it. I think it could be good if you don't mind loading up on the cinimon sugar, maple syrup or some kind of sweetner, but I wanted to keep it healthy. Just my 2 cents.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
Added fresh basil and that pumped it up a bit and used low salt chicken and vegetable broth. Also used store rotisserie chicken as some others suggested. Very tastey and so easy there is no reason to use regular canned soup again!

Tangy Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
delicious sandwiches. We used leftovers from the "turkey stuffed with spinach" and that upped it to a 5-star, but with regular deli turkey It would be a 4. Super easy, will add it to the family favorites

Turkey Breast Stuffed with Spinach

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
I thought this was very good. Easy to make, turkey was very moist, and plenty of leftovers. I split the turkey breast in half and made 2 rolls, ate one for dinner and froze the second one. We will definitely be keeping this recipe

Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
delicious. If I were served this at a restaurant I would be thrilled. I didn't have sundried tomato pesto so I used regular pesto and shopped up 2-3 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes. WOW!
