Banana Cream Pie III
Very quick and easy to make. I followed some suggestions and used 1 french vanilla and 1 banana pudding with less milk for the filling. Everyone enjoyed it but I thought it tasted a bit artificial. I might try again with a graham cracker crust (used a Pilsbury baked one this time).

Self-Filled Cupcakes I
These were my first time making proper cupcakes and they were fantastic! It's so simple and they come out delicious! Everyone loved it and I even got "they're to die for!". I would definitely follow the suggestions on spooning quantities and they do make at least 2 full trays(24 cupcakes), if not more.

Carrot Cake III
This is a great recipe! My first time making carrot cake and it came out really good. I would do the following tweaks for it to be perfect. Cake: More cinnamon, vanilla, swapped some applesauce for oil(you can alter portions as needed), nutmeg, ginger, allspice or pumpkin pie spice(these as liked for really good flavour), tad more carrots and didn't have pecans so used walnuts. Icing: Use LESS sugar(about 2 cups and add to taste). I think it should taste cheesier but the recipe icing was very, very sweet. A great recipe that I will make again!
