Uglies

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
I had enough of the beef mixture to fill 18 small muffins. My kids really enjoyed these, the husband thought they were so so. I'll definetely make them again for the kids, but not the adults. Thanks for sharing!

Gourmet White Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
This pizza was really tasty. My only complaint was that it was runny which made the crust soggy and a little hard to handle. The flavor is def there thou! Next time (and there will be a next time) I'll just cut back on the sauce a little bit.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
We really really enjoyed these. I cooked in my crockpot on low for about 4 1/2 hours and they were perfect...mine didn't fall apart when I moved them from the crockpot. The sauce is wonderful - I used light sour cream. Thanks so much for sharing this one!

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
As written, this is too dry. I added another can of cream of mushroom soup along with a cup & 1/2 of milk. I also added some salt & pepper. It was a little bland tasting to me. I'll stick to my other recipe for tuna casserole. Thanks for sharing thou.

Tangy Potato Salad

Mine was extremely watery and I had to drain most of the liquid out...next time I think I'll half the chicken broth. Other than that, I really really enjoyed this. I did skip the tomatoes. Thanks for sharing!

Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
The recipe as written did not work for me or my family. The cook time is way off....I baked mine closer to an hour. The butter made the potatoes way to greasy. The 2nd time around, I skipped the butter and used some extra virgin olive oil instead. I used all the spices listed just added a tad more salt and some chopped chives as well.

Cream Soup Base

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
This was excellent. I doubled this recipe and added 4 cups of fresh mushrooms cooked with 1 onion in chicken broth. I did end up using an extra cup of milk plus some of the liquid from my mushrooms & onion. It's all a matter of personal choice of how thick you want the roux. The end result was just amazing. Thanks for sharing!!
