Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
This was wonderful...I let the roast cook in my crockpot for about 6 hours on high then added the veggies and cooked on low for another hour or so. I did thicken the sauce a little so it was more gravy-like. The garlic really makes a difference! Thanks for sharing!

Mayonnaise Biscuits

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
Made as is, these are terrible...there is NO flavor what-so-ever. 2 stars for the time it takes to throw together. I pulled them out after 12 minutes and ended up sprinkling some garlic powder & shredded cheese on top each biscuit and then baking for an additional 5 minutes. There are so many better drop biscuit recipes on this site, I will not attempt this one again. Sorry :(

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
Made these last night using a George Forman grill, they were very juicy. However, I felt they needed some type of salt added.

Baked Spiced Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2010
I love all the spices, but the chicken just turned out very bland. Perhaps adding some garlic and/or onion powder may help? Sorry, but I won't try this one again.

Tasty Twisted Mac 'n Cheese Italiano

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
This was pretty good. I nixed the italian sausage and used a full pound of ground beef. Not quite sure what the bread crumbs added (except extra calories) so next time I'll skip adding those. My kids loved this! Thanks!

Corned Beef Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
WOW, some people can be so harsh in their comments. I have been making this recipe for years. My Mother-In-Law gave it to me when I first got married (13 years ago). This is definetely a family favorite. I have never found it to be overly salty or too heavy? I use the reduced fat canned corned beef and serve with a nice big salad.

Soy Sauce Substitute

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
Realized I was out of soy sauce in the middle of a recipe. Searched AR for a quick soy sauce recipe and came across this. PERFECT!!! Way less salty than soy sauce in a bottle too! I didn't have molasses so I used plain syrup. Thanks for sharing :)

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Mmmmm....this was so good & comforting. I realized a little too late that I forgot to add the peas but it was really good without them too. Next time I'll be sure to add them. I did salt & pepper the chicken prior to cookin it. I used 1/2 the butter amount and a little evoo to saute the veggies in. I also used the lowfat bisquick. Excellent recipe with minimal effort! Thanks.

I cut back on the oil & salt a little bit. These were gobbled up by my family! I was very happy that even my very picky 11 year old ate them! Thanks for sharing!

Hamburger Hash

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
There is not nearly enough seasonings. I added salt, pepper, & garlic, but this could just be personal taste. Also threw in green beans & corn. I let mine simmer for about 45 minutes. Great way to use up pantry items!

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
This was pretty good. I did season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic. I added closer to a cup of milk, otherwise I thought it would have been too thick for our tastes. Was very quick to throw together! Thx!

Mimi's Slumgullion

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
This is almost the exact same recipe as Kielbasa with Peppers & Potatoes on this site. I'm giving it 5 stars, as with the other receipe, this is a really quick & easy meal to prepare. I used Turkey Kielbasa to save on the calories & fat.
