Homemade Butter

I remember making this as a kid using a jar. Now that I'm all grown up, I decided to cheat and use the Kitchen Aid. I kept mixing and mixing and mixing and nothing happened, but all of a sudden, the liquid separated from the cream and it turned out perfectly!

Jo's Rosemary Bread

I saw this recipe and just had to try it since I love MG's bread. I did what some of the others did and added 1/2 cup of water (I added the yeast to the warm water for 10 minutes) and 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I didn't have rosemary, so I used oregano and basil instead. Instead of using a bread maker, I decided to try to make this completely from scratch. Here's what me and my trusty Kitchen Aid (use the hook) did: 1st Knead - 3 min. 2nd Knead - 27 min. 1st Rise - 70 min. Punch Down - 30 sec. 2nd Rise - 70 min. Baked at 375 for about 20 minutes.
