Basic Baked Spaghetti
Made this tonight. It was easy, quick & delicious. I used ground turkey & added garlic powder, minced onions, basil, oregano, red wine vinegar & a touch of olive oil to the turkey & sauce mixture. I'm lactose, so I used Almond Cheddar Cheese from Whole Foods instead of a dairy based cheddar. I used 365 Organic Spaghetti sauce from Whole Foods. Very, very good. I will make again when I have a big crowd.

Garlic Prime Rib
I decided to change my Rib Roast recipe this Christmas & settled on this one. It was a BIG hit with the family. I added onion powder to the spice mixture & rub on the rib roast the day before cooking. I cooked as directed with one exception, I had to run out for church service while the roast cooked so I reduced the oven temp to 225 until I returned. (I know, I should never leave my oven on unattended). But I had the neighbors on standby. I definitely will make this again.

Fish Tacos
I have always loved fish tacos, however my husband would frown everytime I would mention them. Well I decided to find a recipe a make them on my own at home. These turned out delicious. My husband raved over them and was asking for more. These taste betterthan any others I have tasted in a restaurant. This recipe is on the top of my list. Thanks for sharing.
