Classic Stuffed Peppers

Mmmmm! Made these tonight and I have to say they were the best stuffed peppers I've ever had! I love the spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. The meat stuffing was tender and flavorful and I used the entire remainder left from the jar of sauce to pour on top because I love saucy food! I did add 1 clove of garlic to the meat mixture, because I love garlic and I think it made them that much better. Thank you for a definite keeper!

Chicken Pot Pie III

I make this recipe often when I have leftover chicken or turkey. I use cream of chicken and potato soups. The potato soup in my opinion is key to making this taste so good!!! I do add a bit of garlic salt because I add it to almost everything. My friends have asked for this recipe, it's a hit with us!!

Chicken and Bowtie Pasta with Asiago Cream Sauce

I made this tonight and it was really good. I did season the chicken quite a bit with garlic salt and seasoned salt before cooking it, and glad I did because the sauce was still a bit bland. I added sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor. My family really enjoyed it and I will definitely make this again, next time upping the amount of crushed garlic and adding maybe a little crushed pepper. Thanks!

Bananas Foster II

Delish! I used Captain Morgan and pecans instead of walnuts. Served it over Breyers French Vanilla ice cream, and we were in heaven! Thank you for this wonderful dessert recipe!

Cottage Pudding - Upside Down Cake

This is great! I've made it twice now once using fresh strawberries and once with frozen raspberries. Both were de-lish! It's moist, sweet and it inverts beautifully! I don't always have the best of luck with desserts but I think this is one I have easily mastered! Thanks!!!

Great soup! Just what I was in the mood for! I followed the recipe almost exactly using the wine and added more pasta shells than called for. It made it pretty thick but I didn't care. It was delicious, healthy, and made plenty for lots of leftovers. Thanks for a keeper for my recipe book!

Golden Sponge Cake

I made this for my daughter's birthday. Yum! The leftover cake stayed moist and delicious for days and I didn't want to keep eating it but I couldn't help myself! The filling was delicious even though it is extremely bad for the waistline! It was wonderful though and tasted even better than a Twinkie!

Four Layer Delight

yummy! I made this for a dessert for Easter. I followed the recipe exactly using butterscotch pudding and it was so good! It was so light and perfectly sweet while the crust had a slightly toasted flavor from baking it. I can't wait to make this again! Thank you!

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

This was a great pasta recipe. I think you could come up with many different flavors depending on what kind of spaghetti sauce you use. (I used meat flavored Ragu). I used leftover Easter ham for this and was a great way to use it! The red pepper flakes gave it just the right amount of kick and the leftovers were just as yummy!!! Thank you for a recipe that I will make over and over again!!!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Very good stuffed peppers! I used red bell peppers since I like them better, and I used extra sharp cheddar cheese. I really liked the flavor the cheese gave it. I will make these again. Thanks!

Chicken Adobo II

We thought this was very good. The chicken was fall apart tender. I didn't remove the garlic after browning it and it was yummy that way. Next time I will probably cut down the vinegar a little and use low sodium soy sauce. It was pretty strong and very salty. It was still very good and I will definitely make this again!

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

This soup is positively to die for! Once I taste tested it, I had to have a bowl. I couldn't even wait for dinner! I used Pace picante sauce, frozen corn as well as the cream corn, and omitted the cilantro because I don't care for it. Eveything else was done by the recipe. This one is a keeper! Baked Potato Soup V

Great soup! I lowered the butter and flour mixture and used a combo of 2% and skim milk. It still came out extremely thick and I had to add even more milk to thin it. I added about half of the cheese and sour cream to the entire soup mixture and left the rest to put on top of individual serving bowls. The next day leftovers were the consistency of mashed potatoes. Still yummy but I think next time I might cut down to using about 6 potatoes and only skim milk. Great recipe! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

I'm sorry, but this did not turn out well for us. Every bit of the chicken tasted so strong! I don't know if it was the vinegar or if I should have used low-sodium soy sauce, as others had suggested. My husband and kids barely ate theirs, and I only ate the chicken pieces without pouring any more of the sauce over my rice. It WAS very tender. I just wish my tastebuds could have tolerated the flavor!

Indian Chicken Curry I

Yummy! Great aroma! I don't see how some of the other reviewers made this without the cloves, cardimom, cinnimin, etc....these are all key ingredients to make this dish what it is! We loved the flavor and the smoothnes of the sauce. I will make again and double the curry next time! This is definitely a keeper!

Pasta with Bacon and Peas

I liked this recipe. It reminded me of something my mom used to make us growing up. I've made it twice now but used my home grown tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I used regular bacon and I tossed it with rigatoni noodles instead of spaghetti. Makes a a nice change for a pasta dish without being too heavy. Thanks!

Pork Supreme

I used leftover pork tenderloin for this. I followed the recipe exactly except I only used 1 whole onion. Three just seemed like a lot and would have been mostly onion if I didn't cut it down. We enjoyed the "sweet" flavor that browning the onions gave it. The brown sugar was just right. Served over egg noodles and was even better the next day. Thanks for a great way to use leftover pork!

Primo Spaghetti Sauce

This sauce is definitely unique. It wasn't bad, but it had such a strong flavor from one of the spices, it was hard to eat too much of it. I think it was the allspice, had a strong clove taste to it. I followed the recipe exactly except used mild Italian sausage. I would try this again, but cutting down on some of the over powering spices, and adding some garlic. If you're looking to wake up your taste buds, this sauce is for you!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

My husband and I thought this dish was very good. I cut the chicken into bite-size pieces before flouring and I served it over angel hair pasta because of what I read from previous reviews, and served the leftovers the next day over rice. The dish was tastier the next day and I liked it better over the rice. The chicken was nice and tender! Would make again. Easy to prepare!

Twice Fried Fish

This recipe was very easy and has a LOT of flavor to it! We used striped bass instead of cod, and recommend to use a not-too-expensive of a fish since the strong flavors of the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, really over-powered the fish flavor. We really enjoyed it. Thanks!
