I recently started a nutrient dense diet. I also have eliminated soy and preservatives due to migraines. So I have to make EVERYTHING myself! My idea of "cooking" over the last 10 years was to start with something in a box and "improving" it.
My favorite things to cook
My husband hunts. So I am forced to learn how to cook venison. It is good when I find the right recipe! I also like any kind of meat as long as it is fresh with no additives. Fish: I mostly like salmon, catfish, and trout. I hate tilapia. (P.S. Read where tilapia comes from and how it's raised and you won't eat it anymore either!)
