Cooking is my chillin' time. I enjoy the relaxation of cooking and how it's only me or having others help out. Lemon-Butter Chicken Tex Mex Chili I guess main courses are my favorite to cook, but I like preparing various other goodies. For me it's when, everyone chips in and does something special for a meal. Mastering my Tex-Mex Chili recipe, took me countless trys modifying the recipe to perfection. Pie crust, still can't master that one.
