About this Cook
I'm known to be a bad cook! Due to neurological problem, I lost my ability to multi task which, as far as I'm concerned, is necessary when it comes to meals. The only food I'm known to be good at by every one is soup. I simply throw "stuff" into one pot, always use stock rather than water, and a boullion cube. They turn out every time! And of course I write every detail down as I throw it in the pot!
My favorite things to cook
Cookies Soup
My favorite family cooking traditions
*Hungarian cookies (nuts, lekvar, and jam) *Thanksgiving supper. The only good way (to me) is the way my mom cooked it.
My cooking triumphs
Who me? Soup, and soup alone! lol
My cooking tragedies
Just about everything. No kidding.

German Lasagna
I made this lasagna for an "international dinner" at a missionary conference. It was loved! I went home with an empty casserole dish that was scraped clean! Wow! I will be making this again . . . soon!
