This recipe worked great for me! I rolled the dough out on parchment paper and pulled away the excess dough, then transferred the whole sheet of parchment paper to my cookie sheet so I didn't distort the shape of my cutout cookies. I've tried other recipes, but I loved the way this onen worked. Notice it makes a loooooot of cookies. I'm making a half batch this weekend.
