I LOVED this. It's great for vegans. I put cashews in it and I highly recommend adding them in. They brought other flavours in the dish out and added a creamy hit. I also thickened it up a bit with some tomato paste instead of cornstarch (had to put a bit more spice in when I did that so the tomato wouldn't overpower the dish) which made it taste rich. For veg I used most of the same stuff as the recipe calls for but dropped the white potatoes in favour of sweet potatoes (had to drop the honey for the vegan version) and used chickpeas instead of the garbanzo beans. I served it to some non-vegan friends and they loved it. I'm going to make this all the time.
