Naan

I made this as written. I found it too sweet, so next time I will reduce the sugar. It seemed too dry with the amount of flour, but came out okay. I will probably reduce the flour a little next time, just to see. And, I will probably experiment with the baking soda suggestions, to see how that works.

Escarole Siciliano

Disclaimer: I'm not a fan of escarole! But my CSA keeps sending it to me, so I keep searching for uses. I think this is my favorite so far, as I'll finish it without groaning inside. The recipe is fine. I made no changes to the recipe, although I'd wanted to add garlic, and think it would work well with the dish.

Crispy Turnip 'Fries'

Maybe I did something wrong, but these were nothing like fries. They were solid and almost juicy inside, and not crunchy outside. Almost roasted? I won't be repeating the recipe.
