I've made this twice now...always good. The potato chips add a lot of salt though...might try crackers instead next time...

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Great! I tried this out on a group of friends...a practice run to see if this would be a good Christmas dish. Everyone loved it and it was so easy. Mixed the ingredients the night before and baked it right before serving....Be careful not to overcook as it would probably be too dry.

Hot Onion Dip

Served this tonight...big hit!...Needs to be kept warm while eating, otherwise becomes too firm and hard to dip into...Great taste and very easy to make
