Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
We love fish and try to eat fresh fish two or three times a week. I have favorite recipes but was looking for something new...found this and have used it 5 times in the past few months. I have used it with swordfish, mahi mahi and halibut....delicious each time. My family loves it. My new favorite fish recipe!

Wonderful Yogurt Cake
Read the reviews, followed advice to use 2 eggs, white sugar and more yogurt. Frosted with a powdered sugar, milk and a drop of fresh squeezed lemon, a light drizzle and some little sugar sprinkles. Easy to make, didn't even use the electric mixer. Moist and delicious. Used 2 six oz containers of Chobani cherry Greek yogurt. Will make it again, family loved it. I would put less baking soda, just because I could detect it.

Best Lemonade Ever
My grand kids were visiting and we were swimming on a hot southern CA afternoon. I defrosted lemon juice that I squeezed and froze months ago, mixed the sugar with hot water from the tap, stirred until sugar dissolved, which just took a few swirls, then added the lemon juice...stirred again before adding ice. Delicious, but sweet. The kids loved it...I think, I will mix mine with some sparkling water. A keeper!
