Chicken Tortellini Soup With Zucchini and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
Loved it! The tortellini is something different from everyday soups. I think I might have added a few more veggies and fresh spices, but it made it even better!

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2004
I think this recipe turned out well although I didnt use any milk. Instead I used 1 can of cream of chicken soup and water. I also smoothered the chicken breasts w/ another 1/2 can of chicken soup so the chicken would be juicy. It turned out good. Next time I think I'll try milk and the great thing about this recipe is that you can use lots of variations such as cream of mushroom, broccli cheddar soup, etc.

Stuffed Green Peppers II

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2004
I prepared the filling and stuffed the peppers the night before and refrigerated overnight. I was worried the peppers would wilt but I baked them the next day topped with spagetti sauce and I thought they turned out delicious! My husband thought it was okay, because he would not eat the green pepper! He loved the filling though.

Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2004
thought the soup was good but I could not get it creamy enough. I added some potato flakes to make it thicker and it did work but the texture was not as smooth as I would like it to be.

Corn and Black Bean Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2007
Very Good! We put the bean salad in soft tortillas w/ some pepperjack cheese and salsa. We then warmed them on a skillet (like a stuffed grilled burrito)

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2004
When I made this cake it was VERY thick. Maybe because I didn't add the coffee liquer. But I also baked my cake for 35 minutes and it was overdone. I had to add icing to cover the top. But after all that it turned out ok. I still have a lot to learn about cooking. I am 22 and I want to be one of those cooks where everybody raves about your food and calls for advice on what to make! This site is giving me a great start!

This was an easy recipe but hamburger helper is easier. To me that is what it tasted like.
