Quick Chicken Zingarella

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
Very tasty..... super quick and easy. I couldn't find the specific peppers listed at my small town grocery, but used sweet cherry peppers which were still pretty spicy. Whole family enjoyed this.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
Super easy and very tasty! I followed the advice of several previous reviews and made 1.5 times the topping then wished I hadn't. It was too much and would have been perfect as written. Thanks for the great recipe!

Black Bean and Corn Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
My family really enjoyed this. I used fresh corn and omitted the celery. The longer this chills the better it is! I didn't realize until I reviewed this recipe that I forgot to put the cheese in. I will do that next time, as I plan to make this again.

Super easy very tasty dish. I honestly did not expect it to be as good as it was, but I had all the ingredients on hand so decided to try it. Very pleasant surprise! Thanks for a very easy, inexpensive recipe to add to my collection.

Spicy Melted Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I used a pound of hot sausage and no ground beef. Served it at an open house with over 150 guests and it was the first thing gone. I just mixed everything in a small crockpot and turned on low, so it was perfect for that type of gathering. So easy and so tasty!

Chunky Pecan Pie Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
This is far and away the BEST recipes I have ever used from allrecipes. Love it! The first time I made these exactly as written and they were the best thing I've ever eaten, but hubby thought they had too much chocolate. The next time I used 1/2 bag of chocolate chips instead of the chunks per his request. I prefer the recipe as written, but either way, these are delicious, and very easy too make.

Chicken Scampi II

This dish is awesome! Used 1/4 cup butter (not margarine) and added 1/2 cup white wine. Also doubled the lemon juice and added a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and fresh ground black pepper. Delish!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
I replaced the margarine with 1/4 cup of water and cooked on low for 4 hours, then added cream cheese and soup and cooked for another hour. This is a super easy, very tasty meal for a busy family. My husband and son both really enjoy it.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
Very easy tasty dish. Instead of boiling the chicken I sauteed it with the onions. I used a cheddar/jack cheese blend and didn't use anywhere close to 4 cups, but it was plenty cheesy. Next time I will not layer it, but will mix everything except the cheese and just sprinkle the cheese on top. This is good as written, and very easily adaptable to suit your family's preference for level of spiciness, etc.

Easiest pie crust ever! I used butter flavored Crisco, but didn't take the time to chill it. The dough was easy to work with and rolled out very well. It was very flaky and tasted great!

I didn't change a thing and this was the perfect peach pie. I followed another reviewer's advice and left the pie in the cooling oven and the texture was just right.
