My daughter sent me this recipe after she made it and we both agree that it is a keeper. I made a few modifications to suit my taste and under her advice that it was very, very sweet. I cut back the sugar to 1/3 cup, used 2 cloves of garlic, ginger paste, more chicken stock and used peanutbutter as I didn't have peanut oil. I ended up not using all the chicken in the sauce and my husband and I ate the entire dish. Next time, I will use only 1 lb. of chicken and a bit more orange zest. If I had 2 more for dinner, I use all 1 1/2lbs of chicken and double the sauce. Absolutely a delicious recipe. Thanks to my daughter for sharing and Chef Daddy for posting it!
