Braised Balsamic Chicken
I think some people don't like an overwhelming taste of balsamic vinegar which is why they don't like this recipe. You can always tone it down by decreasing the vinegar and adding a neutral ingredient such as cream (I made mine creamy with a few chunks of cream cheese). This will give you a juicy sauce to add in pasta to tone the balsamic down some more.... that's what I did and it was a hit.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
I always get compliments with this recipe. But I think the mixture becomes a little chunky because of the cream cheese. I prefer a smooth texture to the filling so I'll try it with half cream cheese and half sour cream next time.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
It's only 5 stars if you modify it. I took the others' advice and added garlic powder and paprika; I lessened the lemon; and added panko crumbs. I doubled the mixture a tad bit because I wanted to add it to both sides of the fish instead of just one side. Instead of broiling the fish and then adding the mixture, I spread half the mixture on, baked it for about 10 mins, and then broiled it for 5 minutes. Then I flipped it around and spread some more and did the same. It's delicious! If you want a spicy kick, add some crush pepper too.
