Big Joe's Venison Steak in Chestnut Sauce

Made this for my family Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit. We kept the onions and carrots in the sauce and used roasted chestnuts. Also, used Malbec wine as that was on hand. (Didn't show Bambi though) LOL

Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

Brie Pecan Rollups with Raspberry Sauce

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Broccoli Crawfish Cheese Soup

This was with out a doubt one of the best and easiest soups I've made to date. Great taste! Can add rice and spiced sausage to the soup and get a more New Orleans flavor. Difinitely try this one!
