Clone of a Cinnabon
My first attempt was great...only tweak would be to mix the butter/cinnamon/sugar filling together beforehand and use 1 1/2x the amount. The amount listed was good, but I think a little more would elevate the recipe. First attempt in probably 15 years of using yeast in a recipe (I don't have a machine, so by hand) and I was very impressed.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Excellent.....if you like more flavor, definitely add additional spices to batter and crumble. I substituted the oil for the butter. Make sure the butter for the crumble is softened NOT melted and it works perfectly...doesn't melt down the muffin at all. This made 1 dozen regular sized muffins for me.

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
Had extra crab leftover from New Years, so I thought I'd try this for Rose Bowl party. Very disappointed. It was way too "crabby" tasting. Recipe shows 3/4 pound of crab, which seems excessive (is that supposed to be 3/4 pound of crab legs or just the meat?) I put about 1/2 pound of actual king crab leg meat and stopped...where I live that is one expensive dip! Perhaps I messed up using King Crab, just not for me.
