Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I had never cooked brussel sprouts before, and found this recipe right away - I only wanted to make a small amount, so I cut off the brown bottoms, stuck a handful or two in a ziplock bag, eyeballed some olive oil, salt, and pepper, shook it around, and stuck it in the oven. While it did seem to take at least 45 minutes, I let them get nearly black - and they were DELICIOUS. I will be making these again tomorrow!!! SO easy, so yummy!
