Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I have never been a huge fan of roast until now. I made this and it was absolutely delicious! I always read comments and take suggestions from other users. There were a few things I did differently to the original recipe. I did sear the meat with garlic powder, Lawry's, and flour. I seared it with Olive Oil. I used a pork loin roast also and only one can of the cream of mushroom soup and no water. I used beef broth. Roast came out very tender and had a great taste. I think next time I may add some onions and mushrooms :)

Simple Time Pork Chops

I thought this recipe was excellent. I made a double batch, so my has band took lefovers to work the next day. He shared them with some coworkers and they loved it too. I will be making this on a regular basis.

Zucchini Casserole I

I made this and it was a hit. Reading the reviews, I cut back on the olive oil also. I used about half. I also added some extra cheese and a little yellow squash. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This recipe was good, but a little dry. I used about 12 ounces of chips and I boiled the chicken breast (then cubed it). I also added some green onions. I cooked it in the oven for about 25 minutes. I will make it again, but maybe next time I will try adding some chicken broth.

Zucchini Pasta Bake

My husband really liked this recipe, I liked it also, but I thought it was a little dry. I did replace the tomatoes with the petite diced tomatoes (with juices) like others suggested. I also doubled up on the garlic and added one small diced yellow squash. I will make this recipe again, but I think I will add more liquid to the recipe and leave out the crackers.
