Made this tonight and it was great but I changed a few things after reading many reviews. I used 6 large garlic cloves, fresh juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons of fresh Italian parsley, a full cup of salted butter per the original recipe, and then used 2 pounds of 21-30 shrimp which are between med and large. I cooked it for 17 min on 425, then sprinkled Italian bread crumbs over the top, then grated Parmesan cheese over the bread crumbs. Returned it to the oven and broiled it for approx 7 min. Yum!! My Italian husband loved it but said next time go easy on the mustard. We will definitely use this again. Thanks.
