First time ever making any kind of cheesecake and it wowed my husband and family:) Followed directions exactly, didn't use a water bath as others suggested, and no cracks. The only thing I added was a little sprinkle of cornstarch for extra density. This cheesecake had the perfect consistency and wasn't too sweet. Topped mine with strawberry preserves, chocolate, and fresh strawberries and it looked and tasted like something you'd see in a cooking magazine. I had to hide 2 small slices for me and my husband because it was gobbled up in an hour. Thanks for a great recipe.
