Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
Great recipe! I substituted coconut ghee for the butter since I was short, used whole wheat pastry flour, and used 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup reg sugar per other reviews recommendations. I used a mixer to beat the melted oil with the sugar and beat in 1 egg at a time until well blended. I gently hand mixed in the flour, cocoa, salt mix before stirring in some dark chocolate chunks. They were gooey fudgy deliciousness! I used a glass 11"x7" pan and baked for 30 min at 350. Perfection! 4 stars as written, 5 stars with my changes:) Thanks for a great recipe!

Best Brownies
This has become my go-to brownie recipe. It is a fudgy chocolate paradise! I'm not a frosting person so I make them without. If you're feeding more than 4 people desert I would double the batch. They go quick! To avoid a cake like brownie mix gently by hand. This is really a fool proof recipe. Always comes out perfect:)Thanks for a great recipe!

Breakfast Stuffed Poblano Peppers
This is a great recipe. You can modify the cheese and veggies to suit your taste or accommodate what you have on hand. I fried some strips of bacon and reserved a Tbs. of the fat to sauté some diced yellow onion and some chopped spinach. I added the scrambled eggs to the same pan and seasoned with salt and pepper. Remember to slightly undercook your eggs since they will be going into the oven. I mixed some of the shredded cheese into the eggs, along with the crumbled bacon, like a scramble and toped off each stuffed pepper with more before putting in the oven. I recommend peeling the skin off the pablanos after roasting in the oven. After it blisters it has a bitter flavor and tough texture. All in all a great breakfast recipe that can be easily modified and is really quick and easy. Beautiful presentation too!
