Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
Doubled the recipe and used boneless skinless chicken thighs. I also added garlic powder as well. And instead of using melted butter I used butter flavored Pam and sprayed the pan and the chicken. Cooking time in total was 30 minutes. Was very good, I think it could've used a tiny bit more sage though.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2014
Tried this recipe tonight. Used beef stew meat because the price of a 5lb roast was just outrageous. Used a 14oz can of beef broth in place of the water. Par boiled the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder before placing it in the slow cooker. Cooked on high for 6 hours and it came out just great! My VERY PICKY 7 year old just ate it up and even asked for more! Will be making this again! Family hit!!!

Was a great recipe to follow, i did add more milk to thin it out and added a couple more tablespoons of sugar and one whole stick of butter. Came out great!

Sweet Cornbread Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2013
I was expecting more from this recipe. Just didn't do it for me, was expecting more of a lighter sweeter cake, but it was more dense.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2013
I made this recipe and well i put a different spin on it. I had to use 2 lbs of ground chuck so I kept the milk and eggs the same but instead of onions i added Liptons Beefy Onion mix, left out the salt and ginger and I cut the crackers to 1/4 cup instead. For the glaze I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup. I didn't use a loaf pan because just the thought of it cooking in it's own fat makes me squeemish. So I mixed the ketchup and brown sugar in a bowl first then added it on top of the loaf.
