Classic Waffles

Was a great recipe to follow, i did add more milk to thin it out and added a couple more tablespoons of sugar and one whole stick of butter. Came out great!

Sweet Cornbread Cake

I was expecting more from this recipe. Just didn't do it for me, was expecting more of a lighter sweeter cake, but it was more dense.

I made this recipe and well i put a different spin on it. I had to use 2 lbs of ground chuck so I kept the milk and eggs the same but instead of onions i added Liptons Beefy Onion mix, left out the salt and ginger and I cut the crackers to 1/4 cup instead. For the glaze I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup. I didn't use a loaf pan because just the thought of it cooking in it's own fat makes me squeemish. So I mixed the ketchup and brown sugar in a bowl first then added it on top of the loaf.
