About this Cook
I been cooking since I was just a little kid, I'm 15-years-old now. Besides cooking, I like writing, reading and music. I'm a pretty laid back and wierd teenager, huh? Also, english isn't my first language. I draw anime/manga pictures. It's just a hobby though. I love cooking things for my friends :3 Their the reason I cook.

Tsh, I'm the first in my family to actully use an oven.
My cooking triumphs
Chicken. I use to be too scared to cook with it, since my late mom had always told me that it could carry illnesses or something like that. When ever she use to cook it, she would use gloves, cleaning wipes the works. C:
My cooking tragedies
There is this place in Arizona call Panda Express (google it) I keep trying to re-make their noddles and I ended up setting fire once... Ah well, someday I'll pay one of the workers to give me the recipe. At witch time I'll post it for the world :3

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting
So awesome and simple, this was the first frosting I made in my cooking lessons. It was really easy and tasted scruptious. I even made extra and stuck it in the ice box intill I needed to use it, the results were excellent. Thanks a lot for this Recipe :)

Chef John's Buttermilk Biscuits
Awesome! The first time I made it they turned out really good, which is saying something like I'm not much of a bread maker and it was my first time. They were easy and gone with in a few minutes. Magic disapearing Biscuits~

French Silk Chocolate Pie I
When I made a lot of changes to this recipe it came out great. I did what Barb suggested, whipping in two more egg whites and 1/4 a cup of sugar. Also, I used cocoa powder and some melted chocolate to make a greater chocolate taste. Came out great :3 I can't give this a 5 stars because the recipe itself was not completed.
