I made this for my husband and me. Used a smaller dish, 1/4 c wine and a smaller yet amount of oil. While the chicken was cooking I put about 1/2 T butter in a small skillet and sautéed 2-3T minced shallots. I also prepared about 1/3 c chicken broth. As soon as the chicken was done I plated it and poured the juices from the dish into the skillet. Added the broth and really boiled it way down. I then added about 1/3 c heavy cream and boiled to sauce consistency. WAY yummy! (Oh..next time I will sauté the garlic with the shallots instead of putting it raw in the chicken.) Thanks to the individual that suggested the sauce!
