This is the MOST VERSATILE bread recipe I've encountered! I make this loaf in the BREAD MAKER but bake it in the oven. I add wet ingredients then dry then yeast on top and this recipe has never failed me! Differences in the recipe from above are a slight increase in yeast, added 0.33c RAW pumpkin seeds, 0.25c RAW sunflower seeds and 2 tbsp sesame seeds to the mixture. For the flour I use the Multigrain Bread Flour Mix from Robin Hood (2 cups), and 1 cup of organic whole wheat flour, and increased the water to 1.25c. Lastly, I mixed the dough only on the dough cycle, remove the dough at the end of the cycle, and baked at 350 for 60min. One more thing, before putting the dough in the oven to bake, I pressed the top of the loaf into parchment with sesame seeds and rolled oats on it, flipped it over and set it in the pan to bake.
