Simply Delicious Go-To Family Pancake Breakfast

Maybe i'm biased but these are a staple in my home, and they keep you full for hours! I sometimes substitute for ww flour, sorghum flour and add in wheat germ and flax meal on days i'm on the run and need lots of energy!

Easy Chickpea Curry

Love this dish! Only changes were to add fresh diced granny smith apples 10min before serving...and on occasion adding some coconut milk powder for the days you feel like an extra dash of coconut flavour! I will make this recipe again, and again, and again...

The Ultimate Brownie

I LOVE this recipe, it is my favorite by far! I have even mixed it up by substituting the butter for organic coconut oil, and adding shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Divine recipe as followed, and just as good with the coconut twist. I substituted equal parts butter and coconut oil and found no difference in the consistency. Enjoy!

Best Bread Machine Bread

This is the MOST VERSATILE bread recipe I've encountered! I make this loaf in the BREAD MAKER but bake it in the oven. I add wet ingredients then dry then yeast on top and this recipe has never failed me! Differences in the recipe from above are a slight increase in yeast, added 0.33c RAW pumpkin seeds, 0.25c RAW sunflower seeds and 2 tbsp sesame seeds to the mixture. For the flour I use the Multigrain Bread Flour Mix from Robin Hood (2 cups), and 1 cup of organic whole wheat flour, and increased the water to 1.25c. Lastly, I mixed the dough only on the dough cycle, remove the dough at the end of the cycle, and baked at 350 for 60min. One more thing, before putting the dough in the oven to bake, I pressed the top of the loaf into parchment with sesame seeds and rolled oats on it, flipped it over and set it in the pan to bake. Enjoy!
