Apple Squares
wow, how delicious! i mixed this up in the same saucepan with the melted butter/sugars (be sure to temper the egg). i also used chopped dried apples instead of the fresh variety & added 1/2 cup of currants. many thanks for this keeper barbi-ann!

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
this recipe tasted pretty good however we thought the topping seemed dry. next time i'll drizzle a little melted butter over top before serving. okay with tilapia instead of cod. thanks d.k.!
