Finally made my grandma's Norweigen Kringla recipe without ruining it! They are very hard to roll up. Also they have to be baked at the exact amount of time or they will burn, or be underdone.
My cooking tragedies
My first ever mashed potatoes, way back in 96... way too much black pepper, very spicy! At least the consistancy was right!

Chicken Tikka Masala
I was craving this... usually order it from the indian place, but wanted to try and make it. I only used 1 tsp. salt for each sauce, and reduced jalepeno. It's pretty good, still doesn't compare to what I get at the restaurant but still good. I save a little money making it myself and not eating out, so that is good!

Beer Margaritas
These were OK, but I could taste the beer. Maybe I should try 6 oz. beer, 6 oz. of 7up next time. And probably not so much tequila, it was strong!
