Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Made this pretty much exactly as it calls for, used exactly these ingredients, only thing I did different was only let it rise was DELICIOUS!!! I'm switching my family to healthier foods and this is a BIG step for them! I love the slightly nutty flavor and was surprised at how light it was! Excellent recipe! This one is going in my book!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Made these with my kids today (perfect snow day project!). Followed the recipe pretty close, I did what others said and added flower to the liquid instead of vice versa. Ended up using barely 5 cups of flour. Lots of fun making them! Only baked at 400 degrees for 7 mins, my electric oven is quirky. the first batch had a burned bottom so thats why I changed the temps and time. Overall, awesome recipe! I would have given 5 stars but for the flour issue...
